This course is exclusively reserved to the members of the SIB PhD Training Network.
Overview
The SIB PhD Training Network retreat is an annual 2-day informal and interactive event offering the opportunity to the students to present their PhD project (or possibly their master project for students who have just started). This year, our invited speaker is Dr Lydie Lane, co-director SIB CALIPHO Group.
Objectives of the event
- get more knowledge about projects of your peers
- interact with other students and with the invited speaker
- get project- and career-oriented advices from the invited speaker
Program
The event will officially start on June 28th in the morning, but we will organize something more informal on June 27th evening for those already present during the SIB Days. The Retreat will consist of (short) presentations by the participants, a (longer) presentation by our guest speaker, as well as a social activity.
Application
Registration is now CLOSED. The course is free and includes full board accommodation. Public transportation expenses are reimbursed after the event.
