The SIB Centre for Pathogen Bioinformatics offers expertise and services in pathogen data management and analysis, computational molecular epidemiology, and related multi-site project management. Launched in September 2024, the Centre is established as a multi-site, delocalized initiative, consisting of a Steering Board, an Advisory Board and a Focus Group.
About SIB focus groups
Focus groups aim to foster knowledge exchanges and collaborations in the community of 900 SIB Members, around specific scientific and/or transversal topics, from single-cell sequencing to equality, diversity and inclusion. See all focus groups
Goals and activities
The Pathogen Bioinformatics focus group brings together SIB Members interested in the activities and mission of the Centre for Pathogen Bioinformatics and provides suggestions to the Centre's Steering Board.
