What we do

The Genomics and Health Informatics (GHI) group aims to leverage the power of combined high-content sequencing, cellular imaging, and clinical data to address biological questions related to human disorders. Such questions include how molecular biology shapes cellular morphology at early stages of neurodegenerative disorders. In order to achieve this, we are adapting and developing computational models and statistical methods to interpret large-scale longitudinal data in close collaboration with clinicians and biologists. The group is an associated member of the National Center of Competence and Research (NCCR) RNA and Disease.
