You must wear your name badge and security badge at all time while on the Campus Biotech premises. It identifies you as a participant to the conference organizers and staff. It allows you to ENTER and EXIT the building. Security badges must be returned at the end of the meeting.
The entire building is a no-smoking area. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building. Please wear your badge to exit and re-enter the building.
Lifts are located, behind the main reception, after you have passed the magnetic doors on the left.
Keynote presentations and talks will be given in the Auditorium
located in building H8. The posters will be presented in the hall of
building H8.
Workshops will happen at different locations in the building:
Your participant badge gives you access to coffee and lunch breaks and on site social events. These will all take place in the forum (first floor).
Social Events:
Room (H8) 191-175, is available to all the speakers to check their presentation. A technician will be present in the auditorium to assist and check if the presentation will present correctly on the local IT infrastructure. Speakers are requested to bring their presentation on a USB key . The same room is available at all times during the sessions for laptop charging.
The normal electric current in Europe is 230V/50 Hz. Switzerland uses different plugs then the rest of Europe. Please make sure to bring a suitable adapter.

The closest tram/bus stops are called "Maison de la Paix" (tram 15
stop) and « Mines » (bus 1 or 25 stop). There are two ways to come
to the Center from the Cornavin train station. Buses 25 or 1 stop
right in front of the main entrance.
From tram 15, stop “Maison de la Paix”: walk downhill for about 100
meters (2minutes), towards the lake, then turn left on "Avenue
Blanc". At the end of the street (about 300 meters), you will reach
the main entrance of the building at 9 chemin des Mines.
All hotel rooms in Geneva include a free mobility ticket, which
gives you unlimited use of all public transport in an around the
city for the duration of your stay. Please, ask for it at your
hotel.
